Based at our offices in Haslingden, Lancashire, we are seeking to appoint a proactive and customer-focused Customer Services Assistant to act as the primary point of contact for our customers across all aspects of service and customer care.

Role Overview :

Working in a small team you will act as the primary representative regarding communication to the Customer for all aspects of service and Customer Care.

Responsibilities:

* Preparing of quotations.

* Processing orders.

* Handling Customers queries.

* Raising Credit notes.

* Develop and maintain appropriate product knowledge.

* Complete understanding of pricing.

* Act as the main point of contact for customer accounts and enquiries.

* Basic Product Knowledge.

Requirements:

* Be proficient with a range of Microsoft applications.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

* Good numeracy skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

* Highly motivated with the ability to work with little supervision

* Ability to deal with all internal and external customers.

* Attention to detail is essential.

* Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be an advantage
