We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and compassionate Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our supportive school community. Key Responsibilities

Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, inclusive, and well-structured lessons.
Work with individuals or small groups of pupils to support learning, progress, and wellbeing.
Provide targeted support for pupils with additional needs, including SEND, EAL, or behavioural needs.
Assist with planning, preparation, and assessment under the guidance of the class teacher.
Help create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
Supervise pupils during non-classroom times, such as lunch and break periods if required.
Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
Person Specification

Essential:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
Experience working with children in an educational setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to use initiative, work independently, and be an effective team member.
A positive, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children’s learning.
Desirable:

Experience supporting pupils with SEND.
Knowledge of current safeguarding practices.
Confidence using educational resources and digital learning tools.
