Aspire People Limited is recruiting a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant for a welcoming school in Rochdale. The ideal candidate will support pupils with diverse additional needs including autism and SEMH, ensuring a nurturing environment for growth and independence.
Responsibilities include working closely with pupils in small groups and on a 1:1 basis, assisting with communication plans, and fostering engagement and positive behaviour. A genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs is essential.
