Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant

- Support teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 classrooms
- Work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging and creative lessons
- Provide targeted support for pupils with additional needs, applying your understanding of psychology to support their progress
- Deliver small group and one-to-one intervention sessions
- Play an active role in contributing to a positive and supportive school environment
This is a full-time opportunity, with the possibility of a longer-term placement for the right individual. Selected candidates will be invited to attend a paid trial day within the school.
Ideal Candidate- A degree in Psychology, Education, or a related subject
- Recent experience working with children (school experience is advantageous)
- Confidence in supporting small group learning and interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting young learners
