Balfor Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join a specialist educational setting in Rochdale. You will support children aged 7–18 with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, SLCN and behavioural challenges.
You will deliver one-to-one and small-group interventions, assist with learning activities and help pupils develop confidence and independence in a safe, supportive environment.
