This is a full-time, ongoing position starting ASAP, offering an excellent opportunity to support students studying Psychology at A Level.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed teacher to deliver engaging lessons, develop students' understanding of psychological theories and research, and prepare learners for success in their examinations.

• Daily Rate: £168.80 – £215.68, depending on experience

• Plan and deliver engaging Psychology lessons at KS5/A Level
• Teach key psychological theories, approaches, research methods and studies
• Prepare students for assessments and examinations
• Develop students' critical thinking, analytical and evaluation skills
• Plan lessons that meet a range of abilities and learning needs
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain a positive and purposeful classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student achievement

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), a PGCE or an equivalent teaching qualification
• Have experience teaching Psychology at KS5/A Level
• Have a strong subject knowledge and understanding of the Psychology curriculum
• Be confident planning and delivering engaging lessons
• Demonstrate effective classroom management and communication skills
• Be committed to supporting students' progress and examination success
• Be committed to safeguarding children and young people
• Provide details of the two most recent references, covering the last five years' work history
• Possess a current DBS check or be prepared to apply for one as part of registration
• Be willing to complete a face-to-face registration and satisfy the required safeguarding and compliance checks
