The Role:
Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies. Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients. Market mapping and identifying new businesses to work with (business development). Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets. Managing your candidate database. Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism. The Requirements:
