Are you an experienced and compassionate leader in the care sector, ready to take on an exciting challenge? We are seeking a dedicated Home Manager to oversee a 76-bed residential and dementia care home in Rossendale.

About the Role

As Home Manager, you will:

• Lead and inspire a team of care professionals to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and all regulatory requirements.
• Drive quality improvements across the home, maintaining high standards of safety, dignity, and wellbeing.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to support sustainable growth.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

• Proven experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager in a residential or dementia care setting.
• A strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• A passion for delivering exceptional care and making a positive difference in residents' lives.
