Children's Registered Manager
Location: Haslingden, Lancashire
Salary: Up to £78,000 per annum (including performance-related bonuses)
Home Size: Children's Residential Home
- Competitive salary of up to £78,000 per annum (inclusive of performance-related bonuses)

- Existing Ofsted Registered Manager, or an experienced Deputy Manager with at least two years' experience who is ready to step into a Registered Manager role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and inspire a residential team
- Passion for delivering outstanding, child-centred care and achieving positive outcomes
- Experience working with children who have experienced trauma and complex needs
- Commitment to trauma-informed and therapeutic approaches to care
- Strong understanding of Children's Homes Regulations, Quality Standards, safeguarding legislation and Ofsted requirements
- Excellent organisational, communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, families and external professionals
- Flexible approach to working, including evenings and weekends where required
- Provide overall operational leadership and management of the children's home
- Lead, supervise and develop a high-performing residential care team
- Oversee care planning, safeguarding and risk management processes
- Ensure the home operates in full compliance with Children's Homes Regulations, Quality Standards and Ofsted requirements
- Promote a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment for children and young people
- Work collaboratively with education providers, social workers and multidisciplinary professionals to achieve positive outcomes
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor service performance and produce reports aligned with organisational KPIs
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain high standards of care across the home
- Contribute to wider organisational projects and service development initiatives
- Ensure accurate record keeping and compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
