Location: Haslingden, Lancashire
Salary: Up to £78,000 per annum (including performance-related bonuses)
Home Size: Children's Residential Home

• Existing Ofsted Registered Manager, or an experienced Deputy Manager with at least two years' experience who is ready to step into a Registered Manager role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and inspire a residential team
• Passion for delivering outstanding, child-centred care and achieving positive outcomes
• Experience working with children who have experienced trauma and complex needs
• Commitment to trauma-informed and therapeutic approaches to care
• Strong understanding of Children's Homes Regulations, Quality Standards, safeguarding legislation and Ofsted requirements
• Excellent organisational, communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, families and external professionals
• Flexible approach to working, including evenings and weekends where required

• Provide overall operational leadership and management of the children's home
• Lead, supervise and develop a high-performing residential care team
• Oversee care planning, safeguarding and risk management processes
• Ensure the home operates in full compliance with Children's Homes Regulations, Quality Standards and Ofsted requirements
• Promote a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment for children and young people
• Work collaboratively with education providers, social workers and multidisciplinary professionals to achieve positive outcomes
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor service performance and produce reports aligned with organisational KPIs
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain high standards of care across the home
• Contribute to wider organisational projects and service development initiatives
• Ensure accurate record keeping and compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
