Reel vision Print are hiring a Finishing Operator to join our team in Lancashire. We operate a double day shift pattern, working alternate shifts weekly.
FINISHING- Understand and use the Work Instructions (Job Bag)
- Use of setting sheet and packing specification
- Setting of feeder components
- Setting of pre-break section
- Setting of the Pharma Code reader
- Setting of glue pot
- Setting of overhead glue system
- Setting of folding section
- Setting of transfer section
- Setting of infeed devices
- Setting of delivery belt
- Setting of Little David
- Understand and complete Pass Sheet / QMC / all Q.C. documentation
- Understand and follow the CAPA / Improvement Process, when appropriate
- Understand and follow the Quality Process Flow Charts, including CCP’s
- Maintain output according to schedule
- Assist the Finishing Manager with training of new personnel
- Maintain and clean gluing machine
- Weekly factory cleaning, to the schedule
