Hours: 37.5 per week (09:00–17:00)

Salary: £27,500 basic +
uncapped commission + monthly bonuses

Are you a natural on the phone with a passion for sales, relationship building and earning great commission? This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected UK supplier supporting the care sector with essential products and services—from equipment and furniture to uniforms, office supplies and catering solutions.
We’re looking for a Sales Consultant to take ownership of a warm customer base, drive repeat business and confidently win new clients across the UK. If you’re target-driven, hungry to earn, and love turning conversations into long‑term partnerships, you’ll thrive in this role.
What You’ll Be Doing- Calling existing customers to strengthen relationships and maximise sales opportunities.
- Carrying out proactive telesales activity to bring in new business and expand your own client base.
- Managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring every customer receives first‑class service.
- Working closely with your Sales Manager to smash monthly revenue and activity targets.
- Developing strong knowledge of our product range to confidently recommend tailored solutions.
- Handling inbound enquiries and providing clear, helpful support to customers.
- Using CRM tools and market insight to identify new opportunities and grow your territory.
- Minimum 2 years’ B2B sales or telesales experience, ideally with account management exposure.
- Confident, persuasive and professional phone manner.
- Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for hitting targets.
- Solid IT skills and the ability to quickly pick up new systems.
- Excellent organisation, communication and written skills.
- Experience selling related product categories or using ECI Horizon is beneficial but not required.
- Competitive basic salary +
