We're looking for dedicated laborers who can perform general labor duties, support underground utility installation, and maintain workplace safety. You will have the opportunity to learn from skilled professionals while contributing to various construction projects in Castlegar and Cranbrook.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor duties on various construction sites

• Assist in installing water, sewer, and storm utilities

• Support pipe crews with back filling and alignment

• Load and unload construction materials and equipment

• Operate small tools like jackhammers and plate tampers

Requirements:

• Experience in civil construction preferred

• Physically fit and able to work in all weather

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Valid driver’s license is an asset

• Basic understanding of safety practices
