RED Property Management is hiring an Operationally Focused Maintenance Manager to enhance the upkeep of residential and strata properties. This hands-on role prioritizes maintenance, safety, and effective operations.

In this essential position, you’ll lead property maintenance tasks and ensure all aspects of cleanliness and safety are met across buildings and amenities.

Your role involves coordinating various contractors, managing emergency responses, and preparing properties for different seasons. By fostering an inviting environment, you’ll directly impact the experience of guests and residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform weekly walkthroughs to identify maintenance issues

• Conduct routine repairs and equipment servicing

• Manage landscaping and snow maintenance effectively

• Operate, test, and service pool amenities per regulations

• Respond to emergency incidents 24/7

Requirements:

• Trade certification or relevant diploma required

• 3–5 years of experience in property maintenance

• Knowledge of B.C. regulations regarding strata properties

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Valid B.C. driver’s license is required
