Rossland Mushroom Farm Ltd. is seeking 30 dedicated Harvesting Labourers for its Abbotsford location. The role requires physically demanding tasks, such as weighing, cleaning, and organizing mushrooms while maintaining high hygiene standards. This permanent position offers 30-60 hours of work weekly and starts as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, sort, and weigh mushrooms according to quality standards

• Pack and load mushrooms for transport efficiently

• Clean and organize equipment and work areas

• Follow health and safety procedures consistently

• Maintain hygiene standards throughout the process

Requirements:

• No minimum education required

• Physically fit for manual tasks and repetitive work

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Flexibility to work weekends if needed

• Willingness to undergo on-the-job training
