In this vital role, you will outfit guests with rental bikes and oversee the service and repair of our fleet. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience and a strong passion for mountain biking. Your responsibilities will revolve around delivering excellent customer service while maintaining a well-organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair all rental bikes diligently

• Inspect bikes before they go into the rental fleet

• Build and prepare new rental bikes

• Engage with guests and assist them in bike selection

• Log all servicing activities accurately

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Bike Mechanic

• Advanced knowledge of mountain bikes and repairs

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Must lift 50+ pounds and stand for various shifts

• Passionate about biking and the outdoors
