Compensation

Base pay range based on skills and experience. Eligible for team-based bonus. Temporary associates are not benefit eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities
  • Greets all visitors entering the community, answers questions, ensures visitors sign guest sheets, and answers/directs phone calls to the proper residents and staff.
  • Sorts, delivers and collects incoming/outgoing community and resident mail, and may be asked to do basic office/clerical functions and maintain visitor logs.
  • Responds to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol.
