Manager, Demand Planning

The Demand Planning Manager is responsible for:

Leading the development, governance, and continuous improvement of the demand planning process for the business. This role owns the translation of sales, customer, market, product, financial, and operational signals into a credible demand plan that supports the SIOP process that leads into strategy and executive decision-making. The role leads monthly Demand Review processes, manages forecast assumptions at the appropriate product/channel/customer/location level.

You will work with partners cross-functionally to resolve data and planning gaps, and develop scalable, repeatable planning processes that improve forecast quality, business alignment, and operational readiness.

This position will serve Rheem North America
, located in Roswell, GA (Hybrid). This role follows our hybrid work arrangement, with team members working in the office Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays.
