Dental Office Front Desk Receptionist – Patient Care Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Representative to join the team at our thriving dental office. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, verify insurance and collect payment information. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.

• Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Assist patients with paperwork, including consent forms
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment
• Verify Patient Insurance
• Provide great customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services

• Two or more years of experience as a dental office receptionist or similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Familiar with computers and dental scheduling software
• Excellent multi-tasking skills

• Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
• Thursdays 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
• 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
