Legal Intake Specialist

Our growing, high-performance Personal Injury Law firm is looking for a dynamic and charismatic phone sales representative to achieve maximum success in our intake call center.

Ideal candidates will have EXCELLENT verbal and written communication skills. If you have experience in customer service, sales, call centers, and/or hospitality, then this role is for you!

Must be comfortable working in a high-performance environment.
This position is based out of our Roswell location.

Must be available to work morning and evening shifts, as well as weekends.

• Communicating with potential customers via phone, email, and in person
• Collect and document sensitive personal information
• Strong customer and sales experience, and excellent attention to detail
• Resolve and address customer concerns with professionalism

• A solid work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be available to work after hours and occasional weekends
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required
• Availability to work a flexible schedule with potential varying hours, such as: 11 AM - 8 PM or 1 PM - 10 PM

$21 - $24 hourly
