Senior Technical Training Instructor

Location: Roswell, GA – On-site five days per week

Overview: Lucid Motors is seeking a highly organized, proactive instructor to lead high‑quality electric vehicle (EV) repair training for technicians at the Lucid Service Center in Roswell, GA. The instructor will design, deliver, and continuously improve classroom and shop training, maintain training materials, collaborate with the Learning & Development team, and support the service center’s growth.

• Drive technicians through highly engaging electric vehicle repair training of the highest quality
• Organize and prepare classroom and shop settings for instructor‑led training
• Provide feedback from training sessions back to the development team to build the most robust industry‑leading training
• Support the Learning & Development team in creating subject‑matter‑expert training content
• Maintain classroom and shop cleanliness and organization for in‑person training
• Maintain and order consumable and parts inventory
• Work with training coordinator to handle all student records and scheduling
• Work with technical team to stay up to date on the latest procedures and best practices
• Comply with all Lucid safety rules, guidelines, and quality standards
• Some international travel is necessary

• 3+ years of technical training in the automotive field
• 5+ years of working in the automotive repair industry
• In‑depth knowledge of electric vehicle repair techniques, tools, and equipment
• Deep understanding of basic electrical skills, network diagnostics, and high‑voltage systems
• Strong presentation and communication skills, engaging and teaching a diverse audience
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Willingness to travel for national and international on‑site training support
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing technologies
• ASE certifications are encouraged and advantageous
• Certifications in electric/hybrid vehicle repair are advantageous
• Previous OEM training experience preferred

• Base Pay Range: $84,000 – $115,500 USD annual
