Paul Mitchell The School Esani in Roswell, GA, is seeking a full‑time Career Development and Recruitment Specialist to be the driving force behind our students' professional success, managing everything from career coaching to employer outreach.

• $20-$23 per hour

• Monday through Friday, 10 am to 6:30 pm

You are responsible for managing the professional development program, delivering essential training to equip students and graduates with career skills, job search techniques, and successful placement. Day-to-day, you facilitate classes and workshops focusing on soft skills, career services, and financial literacy, covering topics like résumé writing, interviewing, and professional branding. You coordinate with the Education Leader on training and guest speakers, and implement career planning strategies to ensure a smooth transition to employment.

You initiate employer outreach, build professional relationships, and host career fairs/recruitment events to maximize placement. Finally, you ensure compliance with licensing and placement documentation standards, analyse placement data, prepare reports, and coach students on using job recruitment platforms.

• Interpersonal skills and experience in building professional relationships

• Experience in the beauty industry
• Strong communication, effective listening, and presentation skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills
• Excellent computer skills to collect data and generate reports
• Time management skills
• Self‑directed and can work independently
• High level of self‑motivation and professionalism
• Experience in the beauty and barbering industry is preferred
