We are currently seeking a Senior Loan Processor to join our dynamic team here at Modern Home Mortgage! This position is ideal for experienced mortgage processors looking to grow their career. As a Senior Loan Processor, you’ll play a key role in guiding borrowers from application to closing, while maintaining compliance with all lending regulations.

This is a hybrid/in-office position at our office in Roswell, Georgia, where you’ll be part of a supportive team that values accuracy, communication, and service excellence.

• Process mortgage loan applications from start to finish using LPS software.
• Communicate effectively with loan officers, underwriters, borrowers, and third parties to ensure processing timelines lead to loans closing on time.
• Gather and verify financial documentation from borrowers.
• Ensure timely completion of all required processing steps and pipeline milestones.
• Clear conditions and coordinate closely with the underwriting team and loan officers.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records for each file.
• Keep current with lending regulations and mortgage industry trends.

• You MUST live within commuting distance to Roswell, GA.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor required.
• Salary is dependent on skills, experience, and education with bonuses offered based on performance.
• Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan processing systems, especially Lending Pad, is required.
• Understanding of mortgage loan products, underwriting guidelines, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a goal-driven, collaborative environment.
• Spanish speaking is HIGHLY desired!
