We are hiring an attentive and communicative Esthetician Learning Leader for our Roswell, GA facility, part of the national Paul Mitchell brand.

Our Esthetician Learning Leader will help students gain technical skills in skincare and makeup application, preparing them for rewarding careers in the cosmetology industry.

• Guide and mentor students, teaching hands‑on skills and technical knowledge.
• Teach the science behind skincare, lead demonstrations and lessons, and answer questions to ensure full comprehension.
• Cover advanced topics such as waxing, skin analysis, makeup application, and sales methods, motivating students to advance their skills.

• Georgia esthetics instructor license.
• Esthetician experience in a spa or salon setting.
• Working knowledge of makeup, skincare, and esthetics modalities (LED, micro‑current, Hydra Facial, etc.).
• Passion for teaching, motivating, and helping others.
• Preferred:
  Experience hosting Zoom or Google Meet sessions.
• Preferred:
  Product sales and inventory management experience.
• Preferred:
  Lesson planning experience.
