Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr – $/yr. $10,000 sign‑on bonus + $80,000–$95,000 salary + up to $25,000 in performance bonuses.

Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm with one work‑from‑home day per week. No nights or weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and fellow clinicians.
• Track and analyze progress to ensure meaningful outcomes.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
