As a Patient Service Coordinator, you’ll be the vital link between patients, providers, and insurers—ensuring every step of the care journey is seamless, efficient, and supportive.

- Reconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelines
- Follow appropriate processes for insurance verification and benefits management
- Obtain authorization and/or prior authorization
- Over‑the‑counter collections and reconciliation of all charges weekly and monthly
- Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments
- High School or GED diploma (submission of diploma required)
- 1–2 years of customer service experience, healthcare preferred
- Full time, Monday‑Friday (schedule varies)
- Float position; willing to work at Shallowford (home clinic), Crabapple, Crossvile, Milton, Freehome, and Roswell as needed.
- Pay range: $16.66 – $18 per hour
- Compensation factors include background, experience, work location with growth potential
