CUSA, LLC, one of the most successful hotel management companies in the industry, is searching for a Front Desk agent for the Springhill Suites Roswell, GA. The front desk agent will direct and demonstrate the ability to provide excellent guest service functions while ensuring guests receive a safe and secure place to stay. The role includes improving the guest experience by answering questions and making recommendations about the hotel and local area, completing job duties in conjunction with the hotel's policies and procedures.
This is a second shift position.
