** POSITION PROFILE:
** Manage the operations of the housekeeping staff promoting a safe environment and quality service to achieve maximum guest satisfaction, protection of assets and minimal expenses.#
** ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:
*** Manage the housekeeping staff; providing open communications, training, coach, and counsel and provide performance feedback to ensure maximum efficiency.
* Exhibit a positive and involved team attitude to all hotel departments and maintain open communications with all guests, vendors, and staff members for the best overall performance of the hotel. to achieve a high level of
* Issue assignments to staff reviewing special requests and areas of concentration to ensure a smooth flow of the housekeeping operation.
* Issue supplies/goods to staff at beginning of shift in order to control inventory and ensure proper supplies are available while controlling expenses.
* Investigate, resolve, respond to guest needs, inquiries, comments and/or problems to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales prospects.
* Achieve activity goals as established by management and complete all reports and assignments in an accurate and timely fashion.
* Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned. Participate in hotel committees and task force assignments.
* Perform all other duties as assigned.#

** High school diploma or equivalent experience.

* Experience:

** One to two years of employment in a related position with this company or other organization(s).

* Skills and Abilities:
