- Drive platform reliability, security posture, and operational best practices across Git Hub Enterprise.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (security, cloud, application, compliance) to ensure alignment with enterprise policies and regulatory needs.
- Deep hands‑on experience with Git Hub Enterprise administration and architecture.
- Strong expertise in Dev Sec Ops practices, pipeline security, and secure SDLC.
- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise‑grade CI/CD frameworks (Git Hub Actions strongly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management, including SSO/SCIM integrations and RBAC models.
- Experience working with audit, compliance, and governance requirements in regulated enterprise environments.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute technically and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with experience producing architecture documentation and presenting to executives.
- Demonstrated success operating in large‑scale, complex enterprise environments.
- Git Hub Administration and/or Git Hub Advanced Security certifications.
- Cloud Architect certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect).
- Dev Sec Ops , Kubernetes, or Terraform certifications (nice to have).
