Salary: $93,000–$104,000 (plus OT)

Job Summary: The Imaging Service Engineer is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining diagnostic imaging equipment. This role includes performing system tests, replacing and adjusting components, documenting service activities, and ensuring all equipment operates safely and efficiently.

• Perform corrective repairs and preventive maintenance on imaging equipment
• Inspect, test, and troubleshoot components and systems
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, parts used, and system issues
• Manage inventory of parts, tools, and supplies
• Stay up to date with technological advancements and regulatory requirements
• Identify cost‑effective solutions for equipment maintenance
• Communicate effectively with clinical staff and provide excellent customer service
• Support and maintain advanced imaging systems, including MR and CT
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and analyze complex equipment issues
• Capable of working effectively under pressure and in urgent situations
• Ability to learn new systems and follow detailed technical instructions
• Proficiency in computers, documentation, and equipment databases

• Associate degree in Medical Electronics, Electronic Technology, Imaging Service Technology, or a related field OR equivalent military training
• Preferred: CRES or CLES certification;
  Vendor/OEM training (GE, Siemens, or other imaging manufacturers)
