This role requires working onsite at our Roswell, GA office 1–2 days per week. Candidates must be able to commute to the Roswell location as part of a hybrid work schedule.

Position Overview

The Vice President of Growth Analytics is a critical member of the Digital, Marketing and Sales leadership team who is responsible for accelerating Site One’s growth via actionable analytics and measurement to support sales, marketing and digital strategies. The leader will work closely with key partners in Sales, Marketing, and Digital Leaders to develop and execute a roadmap. In addition, the VP of Analytics is responsible for gathering insights from the data and making specific, actionable recommendations to guide both strategic plans and tactical execution.

What

you’ll do Strategic Leadership and Influence
  • Establish a clear vision for data and analytics ensuring alignment of business outcomes with capabilities
  • Develop business intelligence, optimize effectiveness, and predict business outcomes to support business decisions
  • Measure and optimize our sales, marketing and digital programs through critical analysis and metrics tracking.
  • Identify and prioritize AI use cases that deliver business value. Champion priorities that enhance forecasting, optimization, and automation, leveraging AI/ML models to unlock value.
Business Insights Impact
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Pricing and Digital leaders to develop multi-year strategies and business plans enabled with data and analytics.
  • Identify customer and sales opportunities, and partner with Sales, Marketing and Digital leaders to drive execution
Team Leadership
  • Lead and develop an analytics team to enable and accelerate our Sales, Marketing, and Digital teams
  • Guide analysts on sales analytics, customer analytics, marketing measurement, and digital analytics
  • Accelerate our analytics capabilities and act on those capabilities to drive growth, engagement and loyalty.
Translating Data to Insights & Actions
  • Partner with IT organization to productionalize analytics into company systems for efficient and scalable execution
  • Communicate and present plans and initiatives to executive leadership.
  • Provide analytics to support our Sales leaders, teams and processes
  • Partner with Sales leaders to identify and execute on sales growth and customer opportunities
  • Enable an effective and highly functioning Sales organization
Skills We Are Seeking
  • Bachelor’s degree in analytics, communications, marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Master’s degree preferred but not required.
  • 10+ years in analytics and/or customer insights.
  • 10+ years supporting marketing, digital, and sales teams.
  • Distribution or Retail background
  • A proven history of working cross-functionally to solve business problems via data-driven solutions.
  • Proven business acumen and analytics expertise.
  • Creative mind that can articulate a vision.
