The Role:

The IT Manager plays a key role in ensuring our technology infrastructure supports our operational and strategic goals. This position manages system administration, IT project coordination, and user support across multiple platforms, including Microsoft 365, Asana, Motive, Adobe, and Net Suite.

The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with project management experience, enjoys learning new systems, and has a passion for improving how technology drives efficiency and collaboration. Your key duties will include:

• Oversee core IT systems, including Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, One Drive), Asana, Motive, and Adobe applications.
• Manage user accounts, system updates, data security, and licensing compliance.
• Lead and coordinate IT-related projects — including implementations, integrations, and upgrades.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure reliable and secure IT operations.
• Maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices for system use.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives, audits, and policy compliance.

Key

Qualifications:

• 3–7 years of IT management, system administration, or project coordination experience.
• Experience working with outsourced MSPs or IT vendors.
• Strong professional knowledge of Microsoft 365 and cloud-based enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Net Suite preferred) and Adobe platforms.
• Exceptional organization and communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CompTIA Project+, or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals are a plus.
