IT Client Relationship Manager-MSP

360 Smart Networks is seeking a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to serve as a trusted advisor for our clients, helping them align technology solutions with business goals. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, developing strategic IT roadmaps, identifying upgrade opportunities, coordinating solutions with technical teams, and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and strategic planning.
• Develop IT roadmaps and recommend technology improvements aligned with best practices.
• Identify, scope, and present hardware, software, and infrastructure upgrade opportunities.
• Partner with Solutions Architects and Support teams to deliver effective client solutions.
• Manage client escalations, onboarding activities, documentation, agreements, and administrative needs.
• Conduct client reviews and business discussions to ensure long-term success.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in account management, client relations, managed services, or IT consulting.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
