Associate Attorney – Litigation

Huggins Law Firm is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney in Roswell, Georgia. We are seeking a litigation Associate. The candidate could be newly admitted to the Georgia Bar or have years of experience. This litigation position involves extensive client contact and resolution of legal matters. This person must be familiar with civil procedure and trial preparation including depositions, discovery responses, negotiations, and settlements.

• Applicants must be admitted to practice law in Georgia
• Must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Must be prepared to present a current writing sample

Initial compensation is based upon prior experience and pay history. This position has a commission structure with plenty of room for growth. The position is full‑time and offers paid holidays and paid time off.

The Huggins Law Firm specializes in the unique field of insurance coverage and property insurance litigation. The firm zealously represents commercial and residential property owners against their insurance companies when the property owner’s insurance claim is wrongfully denied or underpaid. We strive to give the policy holders a voice against their powerful insurance companies when their insurance company will not listen.
