Sweet James is looking for experienced Pre Litigation and Litigation Personal Injury attorneys to join our team—
PI experience is highly preferred
, but we are open to training and mentorship with transferrable skills and experience.

This role is based in our Newport Beach office, fully on-site (no remote or hybrid schedules offered)

As part of our team, you'll work directly with the firm's partners, gaining hands‑on experience in litigation, client advocacy, marketing, and case strategy. If you're a driven attorney eager to excel in a high‑performing, results‑focused environment, we’d love to hear from you!

• A California‑licensed attorney ready to take on meaningful cases.

• Starting salary of $125,000+, with the potential for higher compensation depending on experience, skills, and transferable expertise, along with performance‑based bonuses.
