* Summary:

** The Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer and Executive Director, Roswell Park Alliance Foundation leads the fundraising efforts for Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center. In this capacity, the individual serves as Executive Director of the Roswell Park Alliance Foundation, the designated beneficiary responsible for managing and distributing all charitable dollars intended to benefit Roswell Park.
Each year, the Alliance Foundation secures nearly 100,000 gifts, raising an average of $30 million annually, and distributes millions of dollars to Roswell Park through grant awards and restricted donation allocations. Established as a separate 501(c)(3) organization in 1991, the Foundation has raised over $655 million in charitable contributions—nearly one-third of that total in the past five years. Today, the Foundation enjoys philanthropic support from an annual donor base of approximately 100,000 unique households, contributing about $30 million annually through a comprehensive program that includes special events, peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns, cause marketing initiatives, corporate partnerships, annual mail appeals, acquisition mailings, foundation grants, and individual major and principal gifts.
The position is responsible for developing programs and events that enhance charitable giving and for creating campaigns to raise funds for clinical, research, and endowment priorities that support Roswell Park’s mission-critical work. Additionally, this role oversees the Organization's active volunteer program of more than 300 volunteers, including the prestigious Art Committee and Arts in Healthcare Program, as well as a retail Gift Shop generating over $500,000 in annual revenue.

The position also manages the Vice President of Patient Experience, which includes the Medical Concierge Service and Patient Access, and oversees special projects, such as coordinating external corporate sponsor ships for community nonprofit events and neighborhood organizations.
