BTD is a fast growing metalworking company seeking a Welding Manufacturing Engineer to support site objectives in safety, quality, delivery and productivity. You will lead lean initiatives and implement manufacturing plans for new products, communicating improvements to process engineering.
Responsibilities include conducting First Run Capability assessments, developing Standard Work, and mentoring leaders and operators in 5S and autonomous maintenance (TPM).
