- Assembly, you will be part of the Production team supporting daily assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?- Assemble components and products according to work instructions, drawings, and quality standards.
- Perform hands-on production tasks while maintaining consistent output and accuracy.
- Inspect parts and finished items to ensure they meet specifications and workmanship requirements.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying issues and communicating needs to the team.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency in assembly work.
- Comfort working on a production floor and meeting daily production expectations.
- Willingness to follow safety rules, wear required PPE, and work responsibly.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate clearly with supervisors and coworkers.
