Youth Minister

First Baptist Church of Roswell, Georgia, is seeking a creative, energetic, and Christ-centered Minister to Youth to lead a vibrant ministry for students in grades 6–12 and college. In this role, you’ll help to create a welcoming, relational environment where every teen feels known, loved, and encouraged to follow Jesus.

You’ll work alongside a team of volunteers to plan and lead weekly gatherings, Bible studies, retreats, camps, mission trips, and special events that help students grow in their faith and live it out in real ways.

We are looking for someone who loves and relates well to teenagers, communicates and partners well with families, recruits and equips leaders, and pursues ongoing spiritual and professional growth. A seminary degree with previous experience leading youth ministry is preferred. This is a full‑time position with benefits, and as a full member of our pastoral staff, this role shares in the wider leadership and care of the church.
