As our Health and Wellness Director
, you’ll be an essential member of the leadership team, guiding clinical services with compassion, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. You’ll lead a talented nursing team, ensure compliance with regulations, and inspire a culture that prioritizes resident well-being and employee success.
- Lead and mentor nursing staff with servant leadership.
- Oversee resident care and individualized care plans.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards.
- Build strong collaboration with staff, physicians, and families.
- Current LVN, or LPN license
- Leadership experience in senior care (4+ years preferred).
- Expertise in geriatric nursing, memory care, safety, and infection control.
- A servant leader with strong judgment, compassion, and drive.
