We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Unit Manager (RN/LPN) to join our team at Roswell Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, located in the heart of historic downtown Roswell, Georgia. As a key member of the management team, you will oversee the daily operations of our sub‑acute, skilled nursing, and long‑term care units, providing exceptional care to our patients and residents.

• Supervise and coordinate:
  Manage a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensuring high-quality patient care and effective communication among staff.
• Assess and plan:
  Conduct regular assessments of patients and residents, develop individualized care plans, and implement and evaluate treatment programs.
• Monitor and evaluate:
  Monitor patient progress, identify areas for improvement, and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide leadership:
  Offer guidance, support, and mentorship to staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Maintain compliance:
  Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor or equivalent degree in Nursing (RN or LPN) from an accredited institution.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2 years as a Unit Manager or similar role, preferably in long‑term care or rehabilitation.
• Licensure:
  Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN) in Georgia.
