We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Overnight or Evening Nursing Supervisor to join our team at Roswell Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. As a Nursing Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents and patients. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team during evening and overnight shifts, ensuring that the highest level of patient care is maintained at all times.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other departments, including therapy and social services, to ensure a comprehensive approach to resident care.
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork among staff members.
• Monitor and report any changes in resident condition, and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident care and treatment plans.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance resident care.

• Current Georgia Nursing License (RN) with a minimum of 0 years of experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff members and residents.
• Ability to demonstrate a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a commitment to excellence.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs).
