Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant‑ Ear Nose & Throat in Roswell, GA

• Perform first OR assist duties
• Take patient histories, conduct physical examinations and record data in patient’s medical record in ambulatory practice. Clinical responsibilities require thorough attention to detail.
• Evaluate and treat patients to achieve optimal patient care.
• Write progress notes; prepare patient work‑ups and summaries noting pertinent positive and negative findings.
• Develop plans of care that minimize complications and successfully troubleshoot problems when they arise. Apply preventative and alternative treatment strategies for possible procedural complications.
• Complete pre‑op appointments for surgical patients, work with supervising physician to ensure all required labs, clearances and testing is satisfactorily complete well before surgery.
• Participate as a full member of a multi‑disciplinary care team

• Must hold a Physician Assistant or Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with RNFA or Dual Acute Care and Family Certified Nurse Practitioner with RNFA (or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire)
• Previous ENT experience preferred or OR experience or training preferred
• ACLS/BLS required
