Responsibilities
As an LPN rge Village, you will play a key role in leading care delivery within your neighborhood. Your responsibilities will include:
- Resident-Centered Care:
Administer medications, manage individualized care plans, and assess resident health conditions. - Leadership:
Supervise and support CNAs, ensuring consistent, compassionate, and safe care. - Collaboration:
Partner with physicians, therapists, and families to coordinate care and advocate for residents. - Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure documentation, policies, and safety standards are followed consistently. - Communication:
Serve as a key liaison between residents, families, and the healthcare team. - Team Engagement:
Help orient and mentor new staff, contribute to scheduling, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- License:
Current Georgia LPN License - Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care or a similar setting - Skills:
Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills; able to read, write, and follow instructions in English - Certifications:
Current CPR certification - Schedule Flexibility:
Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends or evenings
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills (overseeing 2–6 non-exempt employees)
- Ability to collaborate, solve problems, and adapt to change in a dynamic healthcare setting
- Comfortable using EMR systems and performing medication administration audits
- Excellence in Service:
