• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations in accordance with our center's policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition, and maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and support.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on disease management, medication, and other health‑related topics.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff development activities.

• Current Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
