Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN

Base pay range

$28.00/hr - $35.00/hr

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team at Roswell Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, LLC. As an LPN with our center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. This is a full-time opportunity with a $5,000 sign on bonus.

• Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, wound care, and medication administration
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the RN and other healthcare professionals
• Perform basic nursing procedures, such as inserting IVs and performing phlebotomy
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
• Participate in patient education and family support
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to achieve identified patient outcomes

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Georgia
• No experience required (new graduates encouraged to apply)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
