Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
  • Manage complex medication regimens and coordinate interdisciplinary care plans.
  • Participate in discharge planning, patient and family education, and escalation when clinical changes require prompt attention.
  • Assist in providing 24/7 clinical support and mentoring new staff through a robust nurse mentor program.
  • Document patient care precisely and maintain accurate electronic health records.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement evidence‑based care and promote patient safety.
