We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) to support leadership operations within a fast-paced Emergency Department . This role is ideal for a clinically strong RN who is ready to grow into formal nursing leadership and make a meaningful impact on patient care, staff development, and operational excellence.
Working closely with the Nurse Manager, the Assistant Nurse Manager plays a critical role in day-to-day unit leadership, staff engagement, quality outcomes, and resource management—while developing the skills needed for future Nurse Manager advancement.
