RN – Acute Care – Cardiac Telemetry – Night

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Acute Care – Cardiac Telemetry to provide high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team. The RN will perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices to ensure individualized care that respects cultural diversity. Responsibilities include partnering with patients and families, coordinating care, and practicing according to current clinical standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, documentation, participation in performance improvement, and supporting evidence-based research. The RN will serve as a mentor and participate in developing protocols to improve patient outcomes, while ensuring compliance with healthcare policies, legal, and accreditation standards.

• Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience
• Valid RN license (single or multi-state compact)
• BLS certification
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, time management, and communication skills

• Ability to utilize technology and clinical tools
• Ability to respond effectively in fast-paced and emergency situations
• Commitment to professional development and evidence-based practice
