Role Overview
The LPN provides patient-centered care under RN supervision, ensuring high-quality, age-appropriate interventions that address physical, emotional, and educational needs. Responsibilities include preparing patients for exams, assisting with treatments, coordinating tests and follow-up care, and documenting treatments accurately. They serve as educators for patients and caregivers, promoting self-care through effective communication and teach-back methods. The LPN collaborates with healthcare team members to develop and update care plans, reports patient condition changes, and participates in staff training and ongoing education.
They may delegate tasks within scope and serve as a preceptor for new staff. Local travel and floating between sites are required.

- High School Diploma or GED;
Nursing certification (LPN) required - Current BLS certification
- Previous healthcare experience preferred, especially in oncology or outpatient settings
- Strong assessment, clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities and computer literacy
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and scheduling flexibility
