The role requires collaborating with ED, inpatient units, physicians, and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow and appropriate bed placement.
Required BSN and 3–5 years of acute care RN experience, EPIC EMR proficiency, and Georgia RN licensure. BCLS is required; leadership experience is preferred.
